Both Senator Nozzolio and Assemblyman Brian Kolb played key roles in securing the finding for this project making the dream a reality. Another key person besides Dr. Tom Burr and Dr. Barbara Risser was Paul Brock who directs FLCC.s viticulture and enology program. These are the shakers and the movers. It was a beautiful sunny fall day where we enjoyed the guest speakers, their enthusiasm and the lovely food presented by the New York Wine and Culinary Center.
