When asked, “What are your signature dishes?” Our chef shies away from a definitive answer, because he has close connections with many of the dishes he creates. These monthly wine dinners are ways for him to express his creativity and explore techniques and foods that he feels people will enjoy. If you had to define the kind of chef he is, you would have to say that he cooks for the people. This dinner, scheduled during the height of harvest promises to be a gastronomical experience not to miss, as he works with local products to create flavors of the Finger Lakes that all of us will enjoy.
