Following the seasons, we prepare wood fired pizza using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. And because our organic white clay oven runs at 750-800 degrees you get your food fast (usually in about 2-3 minutes). Our oven is fired by a local renewable timber source and the disposables we use are either compostable or recyclable.
In line with our commitment to community, we donate 5% of our profits to "Healthy Food For All," a locally based program that reduces the cost of fresh, locally grown produce for low-income families in our region.
The Copper Oven is located at Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery, in the center of the Cayuga Wine Trail. We are committed to community, sustainability, and the culture of food.
