Immersive Cellar Tour Tastings at Six Eighty Cellars

Step into the cellar and experience where the magic happens. Our Cellar Tour Tastings offer an immersive look behind the scenes—taste wines straight from the vessel, explore our unique amphorae and earthenware aging methods, and get a firsthand look at our sustainable, low-intervention approach to winemaking.

Led by our team, each tour includes a Winemaker’s Curated Selection of 5 wines, plus a 6th glass of your choosing enjoyed in our tasting room overlooking Cayuga Lake. You’ll also receive a personal charcuterie board and sample wines directly from our vessels. Expect the tour to last about an hour.
