About Us

Visit us for world class cider, farm-to-table restaurant & short term vacation rentals.

Located just north of Ithaca and Trumansburg on the scenic Cayuga Lake corridor (Route 89), Finger Lakes Cider House offers more than just a tasting experience. It invites guests to live on the land where their cider is born.

Stay overnight in one of three truly unique accommodations on our 70-acre diversified organic farm. The handcrafted Maple Grove & Walnut Grove Yurts, all-season, hobbit-like round cabins nestled creek-side in the woodlands. Or stay in The Loft, a three-bedroom, kitchen-equipped apartment above the tasting room, crafted with reclaimed barn wood and minimalist design. All three lodgings feature serene views, artisanal details, and a cozy connection to the land.

During your stay, enjoy farm-to-table flavors in the tasting room. Savor cider and wine flights, pasture-raised BBQ, charcuterie boards, hearty small bites, sandwiches, grain bowls, and locally sourced sweet treats like brown butter fruit tarts, ginger baklava and chocolate tart.

As the sun sets over orchards and Cayuga Lake beyond, gather by the fire cauldrons, sip handcrafted cider made using the champagne method, and relish the peace of Interlaken’s countryside. Whether you are eager to join weekend live music nights, book a cidery tour, or simply unplug in a woodland yurt, Finger Lakes Cider House offers an immersive, cozy Finger Lakes escape rooted in organic agriculture and heartfelt hospitality.Located just north of Ithaca and Trumansburg on the scenic Cayuga Lake corridor (Route 89), Finger Lakes Cider House offers more than just a tasting experience.
