Founded in 2020 in New York’s Finger Lakes region, Six Eighty Cellars is a boutique winery crafting small-batch, earthenware-aged wines in unexpected styles. Our Certified Sustainable vineyard on the west side of Cayuga Lake provides the foundation for a winemaking approach that blends ancient clay, stone, and terracotta vessels with modern techniques—capturing the purest expression of each grape. With a commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention, our wines reflect both place and process.
